In Reading, we have been learning about different strategies that we use to locate information in non-fiction text.  Teach a family member which strategies you use to ensure your understanding. Can you point out a variety of text features that assist you? 

Homework:

Practice keyboarding by using the Blog Websites.  If you use our lessons at home, be sure to type at least 15 wpm with 90% accuracy before you move to the next level.  You can sign your lesson record at school. If you are successful at Lesson 16, practicing typing your own text from a book you are reading.
